Yi Hu Red Packets

Project Twelve designs a set of red packets according to the zodiac of the year, merging modern creativity with traditions. The red packets are not mere containers of a customary practice but are in themselves an important element in Chinese culture and festive traditions. The design of ‘Yi Hu Red Packets’ keeps the openwork form of the sculpture. Designers employ the gloss of the gold insert in the red packet together with the use of different textures in the printing process in keeping with Raman Hui’s playful concept of conveying motion through the pattern on Yi Hu’s body.

 

Yi Hu Moon Cake Gift Set

Project Twelve designs Zodiac Moon Cake Gift Set according to the zodiac of the year, merging modern creativity with traditions. The design of the ‘Yi Hu Moon Cake Gift Set’ plays with the motif of the reflection of the moon. The graphic of Yi Hu is reflected by the peony representative of Wing Wah, which uses the flower as its logo, subtly hinting at the exciting collaboration. Project Twelve also wishes to capture the joyous occasion of the whole family gathering to watch the full moon during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
